曹舒尧

基本信息

曹舒尧,男,汉族,1990年10月生,陕西延安人,中共党员,西北工业大学材料学院材料学专业毕业,研究生学历,工学博士学位,副教授,硕士研究生导师。目前主要从事氧化物铁电陶瓷电学性能及光致变色、光致发光性能研究。

2022年12月-至今:延安大学物理与电子信息学院 副教授


社会兼职

中国硅酸盐学会会员、中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会委员兼秘书长助理、清华大学《Journal of Advanced Ceramics》期刊青年博士审稿团成员。


教学情况

主要承担《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》等本科生课程及《材料科学基础》、《纳米电子学及电子输运理论》等研究生课程的教学工作。物理21班本科生学业班主任,指导省级大学生创新创业训练计划项目1项,指导本科生荣获第16届中国大学生计算机设计大赛三等奖1项。


主持科研项目情况

1. 国家自然科学基金青年项目:“铌酸锶钾基光致变色材料的非本征色心构建及性能可控调制机理研究”(12404040,2025.1-2027.12,主持,在研)

2. 陕西省自然科学基础研究计划一般项目-青年项目:“铌酸锶钾基陶瓷光致变色及发光调制性能的非本征陷阱调控及各向异性强化”(2024JC-YBQN-0720,2024.1-2025.12,主持,在研);

3. 延安大学博士启动金项目:“KSr2Nb5O15基陶瓷光学性能研究”(YDBK2022-17,2022.01-2024.12,主持,在研)。


研究论文发表情况

主要从事氧化物功能陶瓷的制备及光学、电学性能研究,先后发表SCI论文40余篇,其中,第一作者或通讯作者身份在Chemical Engineering Journal,Journal of the European Ceramic Society,Journal of Materiomics,Journal of Materials Chemistry C, Ceramics International,Journal of Alloys and Compounds等国际学术期刊发表SCI论文多篇(>15)。部分代表性学术成果:
